Refund policy

achete-tout.com has implemented a simplified procedure to ensure you can shop with complete peace of mind and allow you to return your product under the best conditions, particularly in the following two cases:

 

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting a return within 14 days of receiving your package, provided that the item is still in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the choice of carrier.

 

Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us to report it and arrange for a return/refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

Returned products are not eligible for exchange but are inspected by our logistics department upon receipt at the warehouse. Products must be new and in their original packaging. If they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, the refund request will be processed. 

 

Refund

The refund will be processed within 10 to 14 days of receiving the returned products. Only the amount of the returned product(s) will be refunded.
